| Resumen: | A method has been developed which provides a simple, rapid and accurate spectrophotometric estimation of the vitamin A content in fortified whole milk powder products. Results show at least the same accuracy as those obtained using the more sophisticated and expensive high performance liquid chromatography techniques. It is intended the method described be suitable for laboratories where suche equipment is not available. |
