Resumen: | The tanning industry, like many industries, relies heavily upon their local Water Services Company (WSC). It is usual for the WSC responsible for the supply of water to also remove and treat any trade effluents generated as a result of the processes conducted on site. The aim of this paper will be to address some of the more common misconceptions surrounding WSC's sevice provision and to examine some of the more recent developments within the customer service strategy. |
